About Elizabeth’s: Elizabeth’s is one of Eugene’s newest and fastest-growing fine-dining destinations, blending elevated cuisine with an approachable, welcoming atmosphere. Our menu celebrates seasonal Mediterranean ingredients, paired with exceptional service and a warm, engaging team. We’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead daily operations, champion our culture, and drive continued success.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations with full P&L accountability
· Collaborate closely with the Chef on menu development, costing, and execution
· Maintain rigorous cost controls (food, labor, beverage) to ensure profitability
· Lead large parties and special events – a key revenue driver – from planning to flawless execution
· Build and nurture a positive, high-performance team culture through recruitment, training, and mentorship
· Serve as the face of Elizabeth’s – engaging guests tableside with warmth, personality, and attention to detail
· Manage customer relations, including proactive follow-up on all feedback (positive or constructive)
· Drive brand visibility through social media, email marketing, and community partnerships
· Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
· Leverage technology (POS, reservation systems, Excel) to optimize performance and reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
· 5+ years of General Manager experience in fine dining (required)
· Proven P&L management and cost-control expertise
· Strong wine knowledge; winery or wine club experience a significant advantage
· Proficiency with POS systems, Tock (or similar), Excel, and digital marketing tools
· Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
· Valid Oregon Food Handler’s Card, OLCC Server Permit, and Driver’s License
· Reliable personal vehicle (occasional errands for wine/supplies)
· Passion for hospitality, community involvement, and creating memorable guest experiences
Compensation & Benefits
· Base Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
· Performance Bonus: Tied to labor, food cost, and revenue goals
